Developed with Lainie Oshlag, trauma informed specialist and 3rd grade educator, this short practical guide will support you in creating a Reset Space with your students.

The goal in a restorative and trauma informed school is for everyone to develop the understanding, skills, and awareness to notice when they need to self-regulate, know how to self-regulate AND the tools and space to do so. When a reset space is set up well and "autonomy support" is offered well, tremendous shifts can happen in classrooms as students and adults feel a sense of ownership and esteem around their own wellbeing.
