Responses to Harm Training

 

Because the success of restorative responses to harm is dependent on the quality of the universal supports in a school and restorative mindsets of its educators, we are careful to assess a school's readiness before proceeding with these trainings. More harm can be done when a restorative community of care is not yet developed.

Restorative Conflict Resolution

As part of our Whole-School Implementation package or as stand-alone services we offer our expertise in restorative mediation and conflict resolution between adults, related to identity, bullying  and harassment, and sometimes with and between community members.
