All of Starling Collaborative’s documents are copyrighted and are intellectual property. We share them with schools and organizations with whom we have contracts and some here on our website. Our sharing them with you does not include permission to share them with others. By putting them into/through/on open AI platforms, this shares them with others without our knowledge or permission. People who are untrained in restorative practices can use them in unintended ways and cause harm. In some cases, we have purchased artwork for use in our materials. We do not have permission to share their work on platforms in which others can use them without paying for them. They deserve to be paid for their work.
