Needs of a Learning Environment

In order to be authentically engaged in a learning community AND do the difficult work of naming, acknowledging, and repairing harm we all need high levels of capacity, skill, and motivation. To have that we need to understand our individual and collective needs and strategize ways to meet them. This Circle Up! activity leads groups of students or adults through a process of developing agreements based on actual human needs.
