In order to be authentically engaged in a learning community AND do the difficult work of naming, acknowledging, and repairing harm we all need high levels of capacity, skill, and motivation . To have that we need to understand our individual and collective needs and strategize ways to meet them. This Circle Up! activity leads groups of students or adults through a process of deveping agreements based on actual human needs.
