Our name, Starling Collaborative, represents the strength found in collective leadership, interdependence and in pivoting, flowing, and moving together through the tremendous challenges facing schools and organizations.
Our name also represents how our work of building communities of care, dignity, and accountability is not restricted to Restorative Practices (RP) but braids together the intersecting fields of Trauma Informed and Responsive Practices, Mindfulness, SEL, Equity, and Wellness for youth and adults.
