Social Discipline Window Growth Tool

This essential resource for the restorative educator was developed over the course of a year with two Vermont educators. In it, we answer the question, "What does it look like, sound like, and feel like in a restorative educational space?" 

Each quadrant of the social discipline window is fully explored so you can become more aware when you shift into a punitive, enabling, or "checked-out" orientation.  And, guidance is offered on what it looks like and sounds like to respond to behavior restorative.
